Directions from I-5 Northbound:

Seneca Street exit (Exit 165); Cross Third Avenue; Immediate left (before the alley) to enter parking garage.

Directions from I-90 Westbound:

I-5 North exit; Madison Street exit (Exit 164A); Left on Madison; Right on Sixth; Left on Seneca; Cross Third Avenue; Immediate left (before the alley) to enter parking garage.

Directions from I-5 Southbound:

Union Street exit (Exit 165B). Go straight until 2nd Ave. Turn left on 2nd Ave., go to Spring and turn left (up the hill) on Spring. You now have to wait for a green left turn arrow, so the bikes can go through. The entrance to the garage is after the alley on the left

From 2nd Avenue:

Parking:

Enter the garage at the Seneca street entrance. There is a posted vehicle height limit of 75 inches.
