Driving Directions to reach the Central Parking Garage which serves the 1111 Third Avenue Building:

I-5 Northbound

Seneca Street Exit (Exit 165), continue down to Second Ave. Left on Second Avenue. Left on Spring Street and go up the hill. The entrance to the Parking Garage is on your left after the alley. Look for a large green “P”-sign, for parking.

I-90 Westbound

I-5 North Exit, Madison Street Exit (Exit 164A), Left on Madison, Right on Sixth, Left on Seneca, continue down to Second Avenue. Left on Second Avenue. Left on Spring Street and go up the hill. The entrance to the Parking Garage is on your left after the alley. Look for a large green “P”-sign, for parking.

I-5 Southbound

Union Street Exit (Exit 165B), Left on Fifth Avenue, Right on Seneca, continue down to Second Ave. Left on Second Avenue. Left on Spring Street and go up the hill. The entrance to the Parking Garage is on your left after the alley. Look for a large green “P”-sign, for parking.

From the garage, take the elevator to the lobby, turn left out of the elevator and then left again into the elevator bank to reach our office on the 8th floor. There are touch-screens outside the elevators. Touch ‘8’ for the 8th floor and the screen will tell you which elevator number to take. The elevator numbers are above the elevators. It is a new energy-efficient elevator system that does not have floor buttons inside the elevator, so be sure to use the touch screen in the elevator bank before boarding an elevator.
