Bill is an owner and founder of the Assurance & Accounting Services
specialty area at Hagen, Kurth, Perman & Co., P.S. He brings a
wealth of expertise and experience to his clients and is a skilled
problem solver on their behalf.
Bill has been at Hagen, Kurth, Perman for more than 30 years and
has been a CPA for more than 40 years. He was a Partner and SEC
Administrative Partner at KPMG (Peat Marwick). He is a very well
respected member of the Northwest accounting community and has
served on several regional and national CPA boards.
In his spare time, Bill likes to spend time with family, read and travel.
He has also become a big fan of the Seattle Sounders.

Bill’s primary practice area is in providing business advisory services in the areas of financial statements audit, review and compilation services, accounting principles for consolidations, bank loan covenants and business
mergers & acquisitions.
